ENGINEERING_TEAMS Capability 4 of 4

Engineering capacity that enters with a clear mandate.

Engineers across Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Bénin, and Kenya join your planning, repositories, reviews, and delivery rhythm. 100Kode manages the engagement while your organization retains technical and product control.

Engagement design

Start with the work, then define the team.

01 / Mandate

Define the responsibility

Systems, outcomes, stack, decision rights, seniority, working hours, operating constraints, and the internal leaders each engineer will work with.

02 / Assessment

Evaluate for the actual role

Candidates are assessed against the technical work, communication requirements, ownership level, and delivery environment defined with the client.

03 / Integration

Join the client system

Engineers enter the client’s tools, access controls, review process, planning cycle, and reporting structure with explicit onboarding objectives.

Client control

Your standards remain the standards.

The client owns priorities, architecture decisions, acceptance, repositories, and infrastructure. Engineers work inside those controls and make risks visible when the delivery system blocks progress.

100Kode responsibility

The engagement is managed.

100Kode handles contracting, engagement health, role alignment, continuity planning, and replacement when the mandate or fit changes. Governance is reviewed with the client on an agreed cadence.

Regional delivery

English and French. Africa and US working hours.

Our network covers West and East Africa. Engagements maintain at least four hours of daily overlap with US business hours. Team composition can support English speaking, French speaking, or bilingual working environments.

Describe the responsibility, not just the résumé.

Tell us what the engineer or team must own, who they will work with, and what should be different six months after they join.
