Pricing FAQ

Why fixed price?: Hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed price aligns us with your outcome. We only fall back to T&M (re-architecture) when scope cannot be defined up front, and we cap the burn.
Do you offer discounts?: We don't discount the audit. We do bundle pricing if you stack audit + sprint + re-architecture in one engagement. Ask in the form.
How do I pay?: USD via Stripe (cards, ACH) or international wire. Audit and sprint are paid up front. Re-architecture and embedded teams bill monthly in arrears.
What's not included?: Third-party services you bring (hosting, observability, payment processing). We deploy to your accounts, not ours. Recurring fees stay yours.
Do you sign NDAs?: Yes, our standard mutual NDA before the audit. We can also work under your paper for sprint and embedded engagements.
