FAQ
- Who manages the engineer day-to-day?
- You do. Engineers join your standups, your sprints, your code review process, your Slack. We handle contracts, payroll, time-off coverage, and replacement if a fit goes sideways.
- How much time-zone overlap?
- Engineers commit to at least 4 hours of US business-hours overlap. West Africa is in WAT (UTC+1) and East Africa in EAT (UTC+3); both work cleanly with US East and US Central.
- What if it doesn't work out?
- After the first 30 days you can swap an engineer at no cost. After three months you can end the engagement on 30 days' notice.
- Do you also place full-time hires?
- Yes, on a separate placement model. Subscription is the default because it's faster to start and easier to scale up or down.
