FAQ

Who manages the engineer day-to-day?
You do. Engineers join your standups, your sprints, your code review process, your Slack. We handle contracts, payroll, time-off coverage, and replacement if a fit goes sideways.
How much time-zone overlap?
Engineers commit to at least 4 hours of US business-hours overlap. West Africa is in WAT (UTC+1) and East Africa in EAT (UTC+3); both work cleanly with US East and US Central.
What if it doesn't work out?
After the first 30 days you can swap an engineer at no cost. After three months you can end the engagement on 30 days' notice.
Do you also place full-time hires?
Yes, on a separate placement model. Subscription is the default because it's faster to start and easier to scale up or down.
